This is a notification that the public notice and associated federal comment period have been opened for the draft of the DS Rainmakers Utilities, LLLC ( NM0029238).

The NMED Surface Water Quality Bureau, Point Source Regulation Section has opened the comment period for consideration in development of the State’s Clean Water Act 401 Certification of the draft permit per 20.6.2.2001 NMAC.
