ISC- Regional Water Planning Presentation.

Due to scheduling issues, the ISC meeting for the Regional Water Plan presentation and acceptance scheduled for October 20th has been postponed. ISC is continuing to work on comments received on the draft document. We expect the meeting will be scheduled in December, but the date is still being finalized.
