Regional Water Plan

On the Interstate Stream Commission web page the newest revision of the regional water plan is published 9 December 17 at http://www.ose.state.nm.us/Planning/RWP/region_10.php I am reading the latest revision of the State Regional water plan. When it comes to Agriculture practices it states the contractor for the Inter State Stream Commission interviewed Agriculture producers, and USDA officials to come to its conclusion on practices and forecast Pages 150-179 or so.
